Experienced manager with more than 22 years of experience in telco business, energy industry and printing industry in both B2C and B2B.
He is experienced (11 years) in sales and sales support management from Sub-district Director, Director for Sales Support, National Manager of Sales Operations Support for TP and Orange (whole Poland). He is experienced as Advisor to the Management Board and Management Board Plenipotentiary for Integrated Management System at ENEA S.A. He was responsible for development and implementation of processes management system and project management system. He was a President of the Management Board and CEO at print house for 5 years.
He has skills and experience in enterprise management, including operational and strategic management, project management, processes management and improvement, organizational structure optimization and development and implementation of strategy. He was active in development and implementation of organizational structure. He is experience in restructuring processes, transformations and change management. He managed of processes improvement projects including Six Sigma methodology. He is certified Six Sigma Black Belt. He also trained candidates for Six Sigma Green Belt.
He graduated Electronics and Telecomunications at Technical University of Wrocław and Management at Poznań University of Economics. He was awarded the “Master in Project Management”, certified by George Washington University. Maciej completed also the development program “Kaizen Leader”.
